This scholarship fund is a direct investment in the people who make The Valley Club special. Your generous tax-deductible donations go to the dedicated staff in the form of educational scholarships, supporting those who serve you daily. This ensures that your contribution has a meaningful, focused impact on the individuals who define the exceptional experience you have during your time at the Club.

Bridging Potential to Success: Scholarships That Open Doors

We believe in unlocking hidden potential through strategic support. Each meaningful scholarship grant provides the power for each student to focus their energy on learning and growing. Each grant minimizes the cost of education, provides confidence and peace of mind that opens doors to self-sufficiency.

Lifelong Learning, Lasting Impact

Education is a transformative journey that extends beyond immediate skills. Scholarships allow us to invest in our community which has an enormous impact on the future of the people and places we love. Each family unit we touch is bettered by your generosity.

About Desert Scholarship Foundation

The Members of The Valley Club Partner with Desert Scholarship Foundation

In 2016, Desert Scholarship Foundation was formed to administer and manage customized scholarship programs to advance our community's greatest asset—its people!

Each scholarship fund operates under the umbrella of Desert Scholarship Foundation’s IRS tax exemption and 501(c)(3) designation. We keep scholarship funds separate from all others managed by our organization- ensuring every dollar donated is gifted to the people each donor wants to help.

Desert Scholarship Foundation also manages the scholarship grant process from start to finish:

  • Determine annual eligibility criteria and score applications based on the customized criteria and a variety of information collected from each student such as letters of recommendation, grades, extracurricular involvement and future plans.
  • Provide an objective and non-discriminatory application review and award determination process which includes analyzing each student’s financial aid package.
  • Programs designed to eliminate unmet need, or the gap between a student’s costs and financial resources for school.

Students can apply for scholarships towards junior college, two or four-year college, trade school or certificate programs or vocational-technical schools in the United States wherein a degree or certificate of completion can be earned. Many of our partners also support programs that help with other educational pursuits such adult education towards High School and General Education Development diplomas, learning English as a second language and providing back-to-school supplies for students in Kinder through 12th grade.
